High customer satisfaction at Gema

This is the very positive result of the customer survey conducted by Gema, which is part of its strategy for the continuous improvement of products and services. 

Worldwide customers from a wide variety of industries in manual and automatic applications are regularly surveyed. From their feedback Gema receives important impulses for a further optimization of services and product quality. 

Gema received a particularly high grade in the area of professional competence. Daniel Gmeiner, Manager Service, comments: "A good technical support by well-trained and experienced technicians proves to be increasingly important for our worldwide customers. We take this task very seriously and we concentrate even on the small things that make a big difference".

Gema also achieved high values in other disciplines such as quality, flexibility and speed of execution.

The current results of the survey show that Gema is on the right track. So it's no wonder that almost 100% of the customers who participated in the survey would recommend Gema.
